March 25, 2017 – Tempt
How many times a day do I tempt God? I ask for Him to show me the way. But am I seeking an outward sign or an inner peace? God has given us a sign that all is right with the world. His son was born of a virgin and gave His life for us. Let us rejoice in this Grace and glorify God’s name in our peace and hope.
The Lord will give you a sign in any case: It is this: the young woman is with child and will give birth to a son whom she will call Immanuel. – Isaiah 7:14

Seek
God is "I Am". He cannot be defined or understood or limited to idols and ideals. His power is wielded in a whisper and great winds, alongside poverty and wealth, in famine and abundance. Yet, within this Majesty, He comes to man, allowing us to touch His very Essence. He has graced us with the ability to hold Him within our own hands and we pass this gift to others. Seeking Him in all things opens our very soul to find Him within ourselves.Lift up your eyes and look to the heavens: Who created all these? He who brings out the starry host one by one and calls forth each of them by name. Because of his great power and mighty strength, not one of them is missing. - Isaiah 40:26

September 20 - Help
There is nothing in this earth that God asks you to do that you can accomplish solely by yourself. Seek God. Pray for His Grace. He will provide all your needs.
The works of God are all of them good; in its own time every need is supplied. - Sirach 39:16

Tuesday, March 19, 2013 - search
One of my mother's famous quotes was "the answer is as plain as the nose on your face." As a small child, this expression was always a puzzle to me because I could never see my nose. I would stare down my face cross-eyed trying to locate the tip and then run to the mirror to grab a better look. But as I have grown older, I realize the profound wisdom of that statement. In all searches for truth, we can never really find an answer until we take the time to examine our own self. When life is a challenge, look within and let His truth reveal your answer.
And He said to them, "Why is it that you were looking for Me? Did you not know that I had to be in My Father's house?" Luke 2:49

Tuesday, March 12, 2013 - Ask
Sometimes we are so busy trying to do the right thing, that we forget to stop and ask God just what it is He wants us to do.
So the Jews were saying to the man who was cured, “It is the Sabbath, and it is not permissible for you to carry your pallet.” But he answered them, “He who made me well was the one who said to me, ‘Pick up your pallet and walk.’- John 5:10-11
